Building Description:

The new centre piece of the world-famous Palm Jumeirah, Nakheel Mall is inspired by luxury and set to

become Dubai’s most premium lifestyle shopping, dining and entertainment destination.

 

A 5-star hotel with direct access to the mall will also be in the development. The Palm Tower will have 52

floors, 290 rooms and 504 apartments. The hotel with an array of dining and leisure facilities, will include a

rooftop restaurant, viewing tower and infinity pool. The hotel rooms will occupy the first 18 floors of the tower.

The rest of the floors will house the units of the Palm Tower Residences. The tower is of 3 basements + ground

+ 3 podium + 52 floors + roof. The site has an area of 3,748 square meters with a building footprint of 1,772

square meters. The total built up area is 95,595 square meters. The hotel will include one of the world’s highest

infinity pools on the 50th floor, a restaurant on the 51st floor and a viewing deck, 220 m above ground on the
